The hotel is very good with well-laid out and spacious rooms furnished with quality fittings. The air conditioning was not effective enough despite being set at 18 °C. The service was attentive and friendly, accommodating our early arrival. The location is strategical near popular spots in Kemang, although construction nearby was a downside. The dining offered a standard experience with continental breakfast but lacked flexibility in booking options. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel is located in a very good location in Kemang, perfect for those who want to stay in the area. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist in arranging hotel transport and providing attentive care. However, there were some minor inconveniences such as additional charges when ordering transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
